Class updates!

Hey! Are you looking for a yoga class? I've got two new ones starting in January! All yoga classes I teach are hatha flow, a gentle yet satisfying style of yoga that strengthens and restores both the body and the mind. I hope to see you at a class soon!


Yoga for beginners

 

My beginners class is returning after a short hiatus. We're starting with a 5-week course in January, and then it'll return to it's usual flexible week-to-week setup. Can't make the day/time? It might change from February, I'll keep you posted.




Weekend yoga

 

I'm starting a monthly weekend yoga class! The first one is taking place on Sunday 7th January at 10am, with 100% of proceeds going towards Save the Children's emergency Gaza appeal. The class will be my usual gentle flow style, suitable for all levels. To book, please email emilymanningyoga@gmail.com to secure your spot and then donate £11 via the link below.
