Members vs Non-Members - What this means

Members

To enable those who have bought class passes (a discounted package of 5 class credits) to have priority at my Tuesday evening yoga class, I have to cap the sale of these passes once a certain amount are active. Those who have an active class pass are 'members', and can book for the class in advance.

When memberships are maxed out, a waiting list to buy a pass opens up which you can join by emailing emilymanningyoga@gmail.com. A notice will be at the top of the booking page if this is the case (it is at the time of writing).

When a member's pass expires or is used up, they have 10 days to repurchase before their place gets given to someone on the waiting list. They can rejoin the waiting list at any point.

Non-members

If you don't have an active class pass, you are a non-member but can still book in to class where space allows, by making a single booking. When membership is at capacity, remaining class availability will open to non-members the evening before class (Monday night), on the booking page.

New cancellation policy

Cancellations made after 12pm on the day of class are now non-refundable: This still allows cancellation due to illness or schedule...
